We currently operate an 11 seat Mercedes Benz Transfer and 12 seater Ford Transit.
Please pre-book the service in order to guarantee your seat. All online bookings need to be placed a minimum of 12 hours before the scheduled Port Fairy or Tullamarine departure times. For bookings after this time please give us a phone call and we will do our best to accommodate your travel needs.
Passengers are reminded to be at the correct pick up point at least 10 minutes prior to the departure time.
Please ensure that you allow plenty of time to check in to satisfy your Airlines check in and baggage collection requirements.
We have a planned toilet stop in Colac. Any additional stops are at the discretion of the driver.
Ensure that your mobile phone is switched on to help us to contact and locate you if needed.
While we endeavour to provide an on time service please be aware that unexpected events such as heavy traffic conditions can alter times. – Keep this in mind when planning your journey and booking flights as we are not responsible for missed flights/shuttle services.
A range of further services are also available. Please call us to discuss cruise ship transfers, corporate or group bookings.
Children are welcome on our service. We provide secure child seats for infants (0 years) to children 8+ years. Please request a car seat for no additional cost at the time of booking. Prams will be stowed safely.
Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Booster/child seats are available on request.
Please call our office on 0455 896 506. Lesley-Anne and Ash can assist you with group bookings of 6 or more passengers and discounts may be available.
Please contact our office as soon as possible if your flights are delayed. If you are unable to meet the bus due to delays we will re-book your trip for an available shuttle service within the next 4 months.
Whilst all our tickets are non-refundable we do understand that plans change. We accept changes to existing bookings up to 24 hours prior to departure. If you need to change your trip times we can re book you or place your trip on hold to use on another occasion (within 12 months).
Included in your fare is 1 large piece weighing up to 25 kg and 1 carry on piece. Additional pieces can be added for $12 each way. Due to limits on space please not that each passenger is only able to add a maximum of 1 additional large piece of luggage. At this time we are not able to take larger items such as surfboards, golf clubs or bikes. Please indicate when booking if you will be bringing a pram (no extra charge). Feel free to give us a call if you have any queries.
